Order Process

Can I order over the telephone? 
Not yet but you will be able to in January 2013. You can us call us on 01376 333 931 to place a telephone order then.

Can I track my order?
 Yes you can track every order in the shopping section by entering your order id and/or billing email address.

I cannot log into my account.
 Chat to us live in the bottom right hand corner of the screen or email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com and we will reset your password.

I can’t place items in my cart.
 Chat to us live in the bottom right hand corner of the screen or email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com for further advice.

I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order  
Check your junk email and that the email on your account is the one you are looking at. If problem not solved Chat to us live in the bottom right hand corner of the screen or email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com for further advice.

I am having issues with payment.
Double check that you have entered the correct billing address. If you continue to have problems chat to us live in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, telephone us on 01376 333 931 or email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com

I appear to have been overcharged? email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com so we can sort this out as fast as possible.

I’ve received delivery but an item I orderd is missing.

How do I amend my order?
  Unfortunately if the order is complete you would have to place a new one and follow our returns procedure.

Delivery

I have issues with my delivery? Email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com and we will sort this out asap.

I ordered understanding Next Day Delivery and my order has not arrived? To get your order the next day you must have ordered before 12noon the day before. We are governed by third party delivery networks but in most cases we can provide next day delivery in the UK. Email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com and we will double check everything is in process.

I need to request a change of address? Your address must be correct at the point of purchase to confirm your purchase. We target the shortist leadtime possible from an order being confirmed and it is most likely your order is already dispatched to you.

Which courier do you use?
 We use the Royal Mail for all our UK and international customers via Delamode a global logistics, warehousing and distribution company. Any enquiries to IVCEO@IVcuff.com

Returns?

What is your returns policy?
 Please see our returns section for full details on returns. All returns must be registered and reference given before being returned to us.

Do I need to obtain a tracking number for my return?
 Yes please email us explaining the situation clearly on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com Thankyou. We will issue you a returns reference that needs to be quoted on every communication therafter.

I’ve missed the returns deadline.
 Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns which are outside of the 15 day policy.

When will I get my refund?
 We will process your refund within 11 working days, from the date we receive the item/s back, subject to our returns policy, and will send you an email to confirm. The refund will be made within 6 working days.

I received the wrong item/s in my web order.
 Please call 01376 333 931 or email IVFAQ@IVcuff.com for us to help immediately.

Do you offer freepost returns outside of the UK.
  No

I need to return an item but do not have proof of purchase? Email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com and we will advise the best course of action.

I need to return a faulty item? 
Faulty web orders can be returned to our warehouse, via the freepost returns label, detailing the fault. Please make sure you do not use the CHARITY address label as the return will not be returned to us. When you register a return with us we will give you a returns reference which you can put onto the returns form.

I have not received a returns label/ returns form.
 Only UK customers will receive a freepost returns label. All customers should receive a returns form so please email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.co.uk and we will ensure you have everything.

Miscellaneous:

I’ve seen a product on the website but it isn’t available in my size?
 We are very sorry. Our products are purposefully in limited quantities to keep our customers exclusive! Email us and we will see what we can do to help.

Do you have an affiliate program? 
Yes.  We are always looking for people to help us, charity and themselves. Please see our affiliate section  and then email our CEO on IVCEO@IVcuff.com

I forgot to enter my promotion code. Can I still use this?
 No we cant retrospectively apply a discount code but we will try and help on your next purchase. Email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com and we will work something out for you specially.

Can I have additional information on  sizing?
 Yes email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.co.uk

Do you do student discount?
 Yes. Email us on IVCEO@IVcuff.co.uk and we will give you your own discount code.

Does IVCuff charge VAT on non EU purchases?
 VAT is charged on all products sold off this website.

We have a whole section on the website  on the charities and projects we help and support, that will grow over time as our customers chose more good causes they want to help.

IVCuff is also committed to making sure that our products are safe for consumers’ use and manufactured under safe, fair, & humane working conditions. We also consider the environmental impact of everything we do. We strive to make a positive difference. Our main purpose is quality and charity. To provide quality product that is exclusive for our customers and to use a portion of every sale and profits to help your charities that you decide we should help. A brand with a difference. JOIN THE IVCUFF AFFILIATE PROGRAM

IVCuff offers a unique experience. Feel good inside and out when you wear our shirts because they make you look good and feel good inside knowing you are helping others. IVcuff is one  of the newest and  most up-and-coming brands and we are looking for people and/or websites to join our affiliate program globally.  Email our CEO at IVCEO@IVcuff.com

It is a private affiliate program. Only people or companies qualifying may join the  program. To be invited we will need to approve you and/or your website. Email our CEO on IVCEO@IVcuff.com for an application form and we’ll review you and your site and be in touch. If you don’t have a website you can still be our affiliate! We do things the old fashioned way as well!  A large part of our decision is around your motivation, your influence and where you are. We have no age limit other than you must be over 18 or any preferences. We just want people who are motivated and can be part of our cause. If you like our product, our cause, want to help and make extra income doing so then please provide the following;

Returns Detailed Policy

You can return any goods you are not completely happy with, at any time within 15 days of receiving goods from IVCuff. 
You must not use the goods once you have decided to return them, and must keep them in good condition as long as they are with you. The products must be returned to us intact and undamaged as soon as it is possible. We have a policy to solve 100% of the reasons for a return but reserve the right refuse any return if it is in poor condition or unhygienic. On receipt of the returned product, we will refund only the same payment card used to purchase the item, the price paid for the goods returned to us. UK Customer returns take up to 11 working days from the day posted. We will send you an email to confirm the return upon processing the refund,. If you do not receive an email confirming please email us on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com and we will sort things out asap. You must have a tracking number reference for every return and quote this at all times.

International customers that have their orders shipped to Europe, USA or anywhere else that we are able to deliver in the world, can return their items within 30 days of receipt. 
We can only make refunds to the exact same payment card that was used to purchase the item. In addition to the returns policy, Distance Selling Regulations provide EU customers seven working days (starting the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. You must return the cancelled items to us in good order.

Returning Goods By Post


Please make sure to complete the returns form when you are returning product and always quote the returns reference number we gave you when you registered the return. If in doubt quote it in all communications and paperwork. This will help us to help you and make sure we give you the best possible service.

Your Rights

Your rights in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Email us your cancellation on IVFAQ@IVcuff.com before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as above. Quoting a return reference number will help us and you deal with the cancellation efficiently. Nothing under these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights.
